Hallmark Health engaged the Adams Strategy Group (ASG) to design and execute it’s one-day Cornerstone Academy workshop. The workshop involved presentations by staff teams working on improvement projects. ASG’s David Adams provided the keynote address on Foundations for Continuous Improvement and the ASG team helped facilitate afternoon team building exercises for the roughly 200 attendees.
